First of all, please note that our Exchange and Returns policy is entirely focused on the safety of our customers regarding the products purchased in our store. In other words, all of our products have a full warranty against manufacturing defects and also in the event that the product that arrives at your home is different from the one you purchased. In the event of delays, all products have a production deadline, which will be informed at the time of purchase. If there is a delay, the customer must tolerate 30 days from the expected delivery date, and if the tolerance period is exceeded, the company will refund the order.

When contacting us, please provide your full name and the main reason for the exchange or return, sending photos of the product. Please note that the photos must clarify the defect or prove that the product delivered was not the product purchased by you. Therefore, take good quality photos.
We will analyze your comments within 2 business days and, if we find that the problem is genuine, we will contact you via email with additional information about the exchange or return.
IMPORTANT: The period for exchanges and returns established by the Consumer Defense Code for defective products or products that do not correspond to the merchandise purchased is 7 calendar days after delivery of the product to the customer’s home. After these days, we will not make any type of exchanges, returns or refunds.
REFUND OF PAYMENT
The request for a refund of payment will only be granted if all of the following conditions are fully met:
The product must be sent for exchange or return with all of the original items that came in the box.
The product must be returned in its original packaging, with no signs of use.
If these conditions are met, the refund of the amount paid by the customer will be 100% of the total amount and the refund will be made using the same payment method used by the customer at the time of purchase. (card or bank slip). In other words, refund to the credit card or deposit/transfer, if it was paid in this way.
ATTENTION: If the customer wishes, there is the possibility of receiving a gift card for the original value of the product, which will be valid for 6 months to be used as they wish throughout the store.
Of Extreme Importance:
Refunds will only be made if all the requirements listed above are met. Therefore, we are exempt from exchanging or returning products due to misuse or responding to complaints requests outside the deadline (7 days).
We are not responsible for exchanges of products whose chosen size was not suitable for the customer’s final use, since such choice is the customer’s sole responsibility. Furthermore, the Consumer Protection Code clearly states that the retailer is not legally obliged to make exchanges for reasons of regret related to color, size, model, among other issues related to the customer’s choice at the time of purchase. (Art. 18).
For refunds by deposit or bank transfer, the bank details for making such refund must be those of the holder registered in our system. If you do not have a bank account, we will make the payment to another account chosen by the customer, but first, there will be an official confirmation/authorization of the order by email.
